The Contractors’ Safety Council is proud to announce our alliance with Medical Plaza/Mobile Surveillance to provide medical testing services at the Port Lavaca training center. Mobile services are available upon request.

Medical services include:

Pulmonary Function Testing

Respirator Fit Testing (half & full face respirators)

Drug & Alcohol Screens DOT & Non-DOT(collections & rapid tests available)

Audiometric Testing (base line & annual maintenance)

Bloodwork (CBC)

Registration is through the Safety Council with the services performed in the next suite.
